Isla was born here at Thurisia as part of our His Dark Materials litter and if out of Lyra and Kaskae (From our friends at Cascade Alaskan Klee Kai). Raised with both Puppy Culture and Avidog protocols, Isla has grown up to be incredibly smart as well as a beautifully structured dog.

Isla is wonderfully bright, and easily picks up on new tricks and behaviors. She has also been very successful in the show ring, earning many AKC Bests in Open Show as well as several UKC Bests of Breed and Group placements. She loves to catch discs (being the first Klee Kai to compete in disc), run after the “bunny” in FastCat, and work with her owner/handler at Rally Obedience.

We have been so lucky to have Isla in a show home with Cheryl, and love to hear about her many accomplishments. She is consistently praised for how well she performs in the conformation ring and really shows off that structure and movement. She is polite on the table as well as waiting her turn to be examined. Isla was the Third Alaskan Klee Kai to earn the AKC Certficate of Merit with almost zero breed competition. This means she accomplished this goal earning mostly Group First placements and/or Best in Open Show. I truly cannot wait to see what else she acheives.
